Are the Sauna and Cold Plunge Suites Available 24/7?
Sauna and Cold Plunge suites are not available 24/7. These private suites are available from 7:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Friday and from 8:00AM to 3:00PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Are the sauna and cold plunge suites included with the standard $34.99/mo membership?

What’s the minimum age for a membership?
All adults 18 years of age or older can purchase a membership. No one under the age of 18 is allowed unsupervised in the gym.
How do I get access to the gym after signing up?
You may purchase your subscription through this link here, which will create you an account in our system. After purchasing, you will receive an email to download an app that will provide your smartphone with access to our App. More details can be found on this page here.
What equipment is available in the gym?
A full cardio area is upstairs with a variety of treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, etc. Downstairs features 2 squat racks, 2 multi-purpose racks, free weights, bumper plates, bench press, and more. Please see the gallery to get a full view of all equipment.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please submit the form found here or stop in during office hours with your account information.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Guests may purchase a 1-day membership or a week-long trial so as long as they have sufficient documents to show residency within Lexington, KY.
