About Wildcat Fitness

Wildcat Fitness is a 24 hour gym located in Lexington, KY that provides individuals with a clean, welcoming environment to help achieve their fitness goals. We have a variety of cardio equipment as well as machines and free weights. When the weather is nice, enjoy our turf located on the backside of the facility for outside workouts. Wildcat Fitness offers several membership options. Individual, couples, and even military rates are all available.

Our Pricing

Sauna and Cold Plunge

The sauna and cold plunge suites are not available 24/7. The hours are 7 am to 7 pm Mon-Fri and weekends 8 am to 3 pm. All visits must be made by appointment prior to arrival. Gym membership not required to schedule a session.
